StayFast is an online room, flat, PG, hostel, property, and short-stay booking platform. Users looking for rooms may pay to access listings and services. Property owners or agents may pay to list properties. If a listing receives no views or visibility during a premium period, the premium may be extended to the next month.

3. Use of Information

Information may be used for:

• Showing relevant properties
• Connecting Hosts and Guests
• Payment processing

4. Short Stay Services

StayFast may provide short-stay booking services similar to vacation rental platforms. Hosts may list rooms, flats, villas, PGs, and vacation rentals for hourly, daily, weekly, or monthly stays.

5. Payment Policy

Premium listings and booking services may require payment. If a listing receives no visibility or views, StayFast may extend the premium duration into the next month.

6. Refund Policy

Payments are generally non-refundable. Refunds may be issued in approved exceptional cases or technical payment failures. Refund processing may take 7–15 working days.

7. Host Verification Responsibility

Hosts are fully responsible for:

• Guest identity verification
• Government ID verification
• Police verification where legally required
• Confirming guest details before check-in

StayFast is not responsible for fake or incorrect verification performed by Hosts.

8. User Responsibilities

Users must:

• Provide accurate information
• Avoid fake listings
• Upload genuine property photos
• Avoid illegal activities
• Respect property and users

9. Prohibited Activities

Strictly prohibited activities include:

• Fraud
• Fake Listings
• Duplicate Listings
• Violence or fights
• Illegal activities
• Human trafficking
• Drugs or criminal activities

10. Property Damage & Disputes

Guests are responsible for any damage, theft, misuse, or illegal activity during stays. All disputes between Hosts and Guests remain solely between those parties.

11. No Liability Clause

StayFast acts only as a technology platform connecting users. StayFast does not own, inspect, or guarantee listed properties. StayFast, its owner, developers, employees, and team members shall not be legally responsible for:

• Fraud or scams
• Property disputes
• Violence or fights
• Theft or property damage
• Illegal activities
• Fake identities
• Harassment
• Injury or death

Users use the platform entirely at their own risk.

12. Independent Agreement

All bookings and rental agreements are direct arrangements between Hosts and Guests. StayFast is not a party to any property agreement.

13. Data Security

StayFast uses reasonable security measures to protect information. However, no online system can guarantee 100% security.

14. Third-Party Services

StayFast may use:

• Google Firebase
• Google Maps
• Analytics Services
• Payment Gateway Providers

15. Account Suspension

StayFast may suspend or remove accounts involved in fraud, policy violations, or suspicious activities.

16. CCTV Policy

Hosts must disclose CCTV cameras if installed. Hidden cameras inside private areas are strictly prohibited.

17. Governing Law

These Terms and Policies are governed under the laws of India.

18. Law Enforcement Cooperation

StayFast may cooperate with law enforcement authorities if required by law.
